Do I have to migrate everything at once?
No. We recommend starting with backup and archive workloads. Add primary storage later once you're comfortable.
Is S3 access included in base plans?
S3/Object Access is a paid add-on ($4.99/mo + $4/active TB). Base plans use our web dashboard and API.
What encryption is used?
Files are encrypted client-side with AES-256-GCM before upload. Your key never leaves your device.
Are there bandwidth charges?
No separate bandwidth fees. Egress for restore is included. We charge only for storage.
