Private Storage Architecture

Mantrix is designed as private zero-knowledge encrypted storage. Mantrix does not possess decryption keys for zero-knowledge accounts and cannot inspect plaintext contents stored by users.

Mantrix provides private zero-knowledge encrypted storage. Mantrix does not possess user decryption keys and cannot inspect, classify, search, or interpret plaintext file contents.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that uploaded and stored data is lawful, does not violate third-party rights, and complies with applicable rules. Privacy is not permission to violate the law.

Mantrix may preserve, restrict access to, suspend, or purge specifically identified accounts or encrypted data objects when a valid request, infringement notice, or abuse report is sufficiently specific. Mantrix cannot comply with requests for plaintext contents or decryption keys it does not possess, and requests must identify the relevant account, object, manifest, or data target.

Information We Process

Mantrix processes account information, billing records, operational metadata, security logs, policy acceptance records, and support or legal intake submissions. This information is used to operate the service, secure accounts, respond to user requests, and maintain an audit trail for sensitive actions.

Legal and abuse reports may include information provided by the reporter, such as contact details, target identifiers, descriptions, and evidence text. Reporters should avoid submitting unnecessary personal data or plaintext copies of user files.

Privacy Requests

Privacy and data subject requests may be sent to privacy@mantrix.cc. Requests should identify the account or record involved so Mantrix can locate responsive account metadata without relying on plaintext file inspection.

When a legal restriction prevents notification or disclosure, Mantrix records that status internally and keeps the decision in the case audit trail.
