Mantrix respects copyright and other intellectual property rights while operating private zero-knowledge encrypted storage. Mantrix does not possess user decryption keys and cannot inspect plaintext contents to decide whether a work appears inside an encrypted object.

Mantrix provides private zero-knowledge encrypted storage. Mantrix does not possess user decryption keys and cannot inspect, classify, search, or interpret plaintext file contents.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that uploaded and stored data is lawful, does not violate third-party rights, and complies with applicable rules. Privacy is not permission to violate the law.

Mantrix may preserve, restrict access to, suspend, or purge specifically identified accounts or encrypted data objects when a valid request, infringement notice, or abuse report is sufficiently specific. Mantrix cannot comply with requests for plaintext contents or decryption keys it does not possess, and requests must identify the relevant account, object, manifest, or data target.

A copyright or intellectual property notice should identify the rights holder, provide a contact email, describe the copyrighted work, identify the allegedly infringing account or encrypted object as specifically as possible, explain the claimed infringement, and include the required good-faith, accuracy, and signature statements.

Requests that identify only a general description without account, object, manifest, or other target information may require clarification because Mantrix cannot search encrypted files by description.

Notices may be submitted with the form below or sent to copyright@mantrix.cc. Mantrix may restrict access to specifically identified encrypted objects while a request is reviewed and may document counter-notice-compatible outcomes in the internal case record.
